"Who else has the sleep pattern of a crazed mad person, I would love a solid 8 hr of sleep, it ain't ever happening lol" oh I know it only too well at the moment . I’m going into a 2 month sleep deprivation due to pain issues caused by arthritis which for some reason is 100 times worse why lying down trying to sleep . Only way I can describe it is like gnawing constant toothache in my joints | |||

Or put a beanbag on your bed and lay back with your upper half on it semi sitting. I found the beanbag helped me when I needed to be a bit upright. Comfy enough to melt into. | |||
