OK, so nothing else going g on for me tonight so might do some baking.

Thinking Apple Cake (got tons of apples to get through) or maybe some bread.

If I do bread do I do Cheese and Marmite loaf or a Bear Bread?

Oh the agony of choice.

Spread the crumble on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes.

Stir it up to mix, then use it to top the apples. Cook for 30 minutes.

Lovely crunchy not soggy crumble.

Genuinely.

I like the soggy bit on the underside of the crumble. Crunchy upper side, doughy underneath, then the fruit

The cake part is denser and the apple pieces mixed through the batter, not under it
