I work shifts and have sometimes gone after finishing work at like 1/2am….I actually don’t mind it as I get to use any machine and don’t have to deal with people

I usually go after work so never there before midnight usually, once I get rid of this horrible cough I'll be back every other night. People at that time just want to get on with their workout too so you just get left alone.

Ha - won't catch me in a gym on any day! & We even have subsided one at work £70 for a year...

I'll stick to free exercise - running, swimming & sex!
