Hi there, me and sissy are going to Manchester in February to watch Rocky Horror (again ??)

Just wondering if anyone has any recommendations on good places to stay and then bars to visit. Sissy will be in full stockings and suspenders get up again so looking for where is more welcoming as opposed to standing out like a sore thumb!
