The other one to big.

Sometimes I look in the mirror and I am not happy with what I’m looking at, but then I remember the things I love about my body and that makes things okay. Body positivity is a hard thing to practice but in getting there.

Totally suffer from this. Pretty much the main reason why I haven't got any full body shots as public photos.

I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis a couple of years back and lost A LOT of weight when I really didn't want to lose anything. Went from a very well built but very athletic 198 pounds down to 130 pounds when the disease was at its absolute worst, and all in the space of a single month. I've since gained weight back after the disease finally entered remission, but that initial shock at losing so much weight so rapidly has had a definite impact on the way I view my body. I can't stop looking at myself as some sort of skinny, puny guy, even though I'm really not anymore... BUT, all that being said, I still definitely have great glutes...

I’m sorry, that must be tough. I can sympathise to some degree. I have something different, type 1 diabetes, it means I have kit on my tummy to give me insulin and test my blood sugars. I’m aware people might be put off by this, so have tried to make it visible in my photos to allow them to make an informed choice. It’s not sexy but it’s part of who I am now, and I’m definitely sexy! You’re very attractive too

Very very body conscious because of my size ( partly due to emergency surgery years ago which means I cannot process certain foods, fats oils etc), partly due to a work incident three years ago which means I cannot walk long distances as I did previously on my daily 3-5k walks and swimming. But, my man boosts my confidence constantly and enough for me to say I love my boobs and my bum... Just the other wobbly bits in between..lol..

I have always been comfortable in my own body. Even though my body may be a bit on the hairy side and I have an indentation in my chest, I don't remember hearing any complaints really.

It’s seems so many people suffer with this but it so understandable . Social media , tabloid , TV and movies all constantly ran it down people throats . Add the the fact sone people are just nasty and superficial it makes a nasty cocktail . I hate the way I look . Hate my photo being taken and don’t like what I see in the mirror . But my eyes are kind of a little tired and I have great legs

As a woman I would say the opposite. The appreciation of all ages and body types on here has reduced my insecurities and has boosted my confidence. I don't love my imperfections, but I have finally come to accept them and don't let them hold me back like I used to when I was younger.
