Yes, that’s how me and C started - we went from messaging a few times a day to virtually chatting constantly.

We were an hour and a half away from each other so not exactly local but we developed such a connection that the distance never seemed a problem.

I guess it depends on the distance really. Half way around the world maybe not. 150 miles away? Hell yeah. Let’s meet.

I'm on an island so the first thing I check is location. I'm not interested in a 2nd LDR or taking a plane for a meet. If someone isn't local, or at least on the next island over, I've no interest.

Happened again to me, always seem to build a great connection and end up talking about all sorts and experiencing new scenarios together. Nearly 2 years later we are still finding out new things about one another and despite the distance (over 100 miles) our connection is stronger than ever x

Yep… my FWB and I are like that. Distance and work/life in general prevent us from meeting more than 2-3 times a year, but we know everything about each other. Conversations are deep and very, very rarely about sex.
