It seems a regular trend to chat with someone, get to know them, arrange a meet, really look forward to it all week and at the last minute they cancel…..

Ah well. You did what you could. Things happen in people's lives.

If its happening as a regular trend try something different? A club or organised social. There'll always be plenty of people at both and they don't tend to not show up.

Well, tell that to the girl who called the police on me.

It wasn’t even that dark in the alley.

Play the benny Hill theme next time.

Add some humour to it all, make it seem less threatening.

Welcome to fab….. and the world of being single.

Unless you’ve been here for a while and you know more than me. Because this is what I’m finding a lot of.

This is why I’m getting into bdsm, a reason to carry rope and tie them down if I ever get them alone.

NSA meets are typically lower priority than other commitments, so they will get cancelled, if family, friends, work stuff etc arise.

Just agree a communication plan in advance, so that people are assured it's OK to notify, if something comes up.

If it’s happening regularly maybe it’s something you’re doing ? That has honestly never happened to me but I have done that if people become too full on but never last minute, at least a day or two before

"Some people just like to know someone wants them."

Bit shit if they actually arrange a meet with no intention of turning up though.
