Coffee. Just milk, and it’s alternative milk this morning. I don’t let it cool for my first sip, it needs to be hot to warm my cold soul each day.

Ideally , coffee with milk and salted caramel flavoured frothed milk on top.

But mostly not awake enough to bother, and just ends up from a nespresso capsule.

It was always a black coffee first thing in the morning for me.

I did see a video the other day of lemon and ginger shot that I’ve made up and drinking first thing in the morning. It’s simple to make and you freeze the mix as ice cubes and just add it to a cup and add your hot water.

Gonna take myself off tea and coffee for the rest of the year and just drink water, those shots and peppermint tea.
