Those damn aliens. I used to sleep like the dead for as long as I could min 8 hours. Now I know what 2am and 4 am looks like. | |||

Been going on so long I just put up with it . Strategy , yes ,I should get out in the fresh air more , I go for days not leaving the house . | |||

"I use to have a great sleep pattern but the last year and especially the last few months it's gone to hell.I am constantly tired and just getting broken sleep all night. Now I know a lot is to do with stress about things that are happening in my life. But I'd love to get a decent night's sleep and actually wake up not feeling like I barely slept. " Extended periods of poor quality sleep have a very detrimental effect on a person's health; if you feel it has become a problem, it is probably best to ask your GP to refer you to a sleep clinic, or arrange it yourself. If you are able to clearly identify the reason for the deterioration from a previously satisfactory sleep pattern to the present situation, a person of your calibre and life experience should be able to address the issue. If not, an overnight stay in a sleep clinic might identify the issue; your sleep is videoed and your brainwaves analysed with an in depth analysis of your eating patterns, lufe issues, etc. I think there is a sleep clinic in Belfast. | |||

"Zopicone So sleep well Sometimes to deeply " Also prescribed Stilnot (zopicone)with a mix of diazepam take it about twice a week so not to get addiction but can do a month if I go with out. I will nap for ten but not properly sleep ?? Just use to it now | |||

My sleep clinic came back with a negative result Don't know why they put me in a strange hospital room with lots of noise out side and lots of wires attached to me and where realy surprised I did not sleep at all have been invited back lol But a private consultant prescribed a mix of drugs now I'm OK Would not say good but I know when I need a good night get 7 sets of tables a month and it works for me. | |||
