"Following on from my post about pensions... I have got avjob via an agency, I've been there for a year. I also now have an interview tomorrow for another job, but it's permanent and important to me, a chance to get a pension going for the 7 years left. All logical, but I am tired of changing jobs and now familiar with my current agency job which is good but lacks security, and not sure if the contract will be renewed in January. Would be better for me to leave and get a proper job and a bit of a pension but I'm getting upset a bit about changing jobs yet again and having to start again from scratch. Is it normal to have 2nd thoughts about changing jobs even though it's logical to do it? " If I remember correctly you get quite anxious about your job. Apologies if I've mixed you up with someone else. It is very normal to be unsure about changing jobs even for the most confident of people. From what you've said a permanent job with the opportunity to pay into a private pension would be your best option. However I'm not you. All I can tell you is that now I'm retired I'm really glad I have a private pension to boost my income Good luck

"I feel I don't fit in where I am currently, and not easy to mix with current work colleagues." If you don't feel you fit it then maybe it's time to look for at something else, as you've got an interview lined up, then go for it, you might be surprised, there must be something about it or you wouldn't have applied for it, good luck
