As a boy i caught my foreskin in my zip, had to call my dad, as it was well stuck.

He managed to free me but oh the pain and blood.

I'll assume the OP now only buys trousers/jeans with button-up flies.

Most painful (physically)? Getting knocked down by a car that was doing 35mph.

Most painful (emotionally)? Losing both parents before adulthood.

I'm pretty much immortal, now.

Both suddenly dying 6 months apart wasn't ideal.

Severe fracture dislocation. Broke my forearm in half, broke my elbow off, dislocated my elbow, snapped the tendons too. The two snapped arm bones butting into each other hurt more than I thought it was possible to experience.

Passing gall stones. Never felt anything like it. The A&E nurse gave me morphine and it didn’t even make a dent in the pain.

Then we’d have to take them off or down to pee. I say live with the danger. I caught mine in the zip when I was in school. Had to go to A&E…

Ah yes I can see the problem now. You would have to have a kinked out knee to stop your trousers sliding all the way to the floor whilst your hands were busy elsewhere. Unless there was an elasticated peephole at the front for easy access? (I wont go into trouser design )

I was homeless and squaring in an apartment. It had damp and over the weeks I became ill. Only thought I had the flu but went to the hospital. They kept me in as they didn't know what was wrong and my temperature was very high. Couple of days later I couldn't breath in and the pain was crazy! Turned out I had pneumonia and abscess' on my lungs. I was in 8 weeks and had a Hickman line, that was painful too!
