Hi all, I have a bit of a random question or questions and would like other people takes or opinions in the matter.

Why do guys disappear for periods of time and then pop back up with a message expecting you to remember them?

And also why do guys who you have said not interested in just keep viewing your profile or messaging you even though you have said no? Is it because no one else has responded to them so they keep coming back in the hopes you will change your mind?

I know this is probably dumb but im just curious hence the name lol

I think both boil down to not realising just how many messages some women get.

They have probably messaged so many that they forget they've messaged you before.

I think the common advice is to block anyone that contacts you and you aren't interested in but where you are in the country would probably mean a block list as long as the Great Wall of China

Everyone I've messaged after over 2 years remembered me. Got to be memorable on here. I made an impression on past accounts lol.

As for keep viewing profiles the I do it as i forget who I've viewed as I have a visual memory but names I forget. People keep changing their profile photo. I don't message back if I get a no interest. It's pointless.

There aren't that many women on the site so the same female profiles will pop up again and again.

As there aren't many women on here in comparison to men then they're going to focus more on the few. It's easier to remember 1 of 5 than 1 of 100.

They keep coming back because their ego has been stung by the rejection.

The disappearing thing is probably one of many options. Firstly they get cold feet and back out, but then the need for the kick of maybe doing something they think is illicit draws them back in. Or they are doing this without their partners knowledge and the partner has got suspicious so they back out for a while. Or maybe they have found a FB for a bit, so focus just on them but when they get bored or whatever they come back and trying to re-ignite something with someone they have been talking to previously probably feels easier than starting afresh.

As for continuing to look at your profile, that might just be wanting to perve over your pics, but continuing to message is a mix of their ego not allowing them to accept that someone else might not thing they are amazing and they are just waiting for you to ‘come to your senses’, or they can’t handle rejection and get belligerent about it and need an outlet for that, so they persist until they become angry. Daft twats.

People come and go for loads off resons

But the can you rember me is a faseing technique to get chating nothing else

As far as looking when you sed no there’s no harm in it truth be told they probably knocking out out to your pics and fantasing

Re message after saying no is a big no no I don’t agree with that

If someone dose not take your fancy you can always just block them so they can’t contact or look at you

This makes so much sense! Before we tightened our filters we would get this a lot, especially if I made the mistake of replying to someone. I would wonder why they kept saying the same old stuff when we clearly weren't interested - Xeno

We had someone we said no thanks to and then 10 mins - 10 MINS later they send another message and when we said we only said no 10 mins ago they said ‘well was just giving you a chance to reconsider’.

Which of course we did as we instantly fancied his cheeky ways and now C is meeting him alone…

It pays to continually message it seems as we change our mind so easily - who knew

I live on a rock in the middle of the Irish Sea. And there are about 30 people who appear in the pool of available ladies in my search

I some times get muddled on who I have viewed, especially if there has been no contact (for what ever reason). I did block most of them for a while; but that reduced it down even further and it was seriously bleak for a while.

Me too. I’ve had a few blocks for that

I wouldn't mind so much if they just admitted it was a cheap shot. They always argue the toss which is extremely sexy

I block those I've said no to now op,saves them messaging me again in a couple of weeks time.

As for going quiet I don't know why they do it,but I had a couple of people that used to do it regularly and now I just don't engage with them anymore (profile notes are good things ).I appreciate life can get busy ,but it annoys me when they haven't spoken in months and expect to pick up where they left off,no ta.
