My fave is a joint of Topside beef, done in the slow cooker, then finished off in the oven …. melts in your mouth xx

I think we’ve had this discussion here before. I’m strongly in the no camp for cauli cheese or mac and cheese with a Sunday roast. The only cheese I’ll allow anywhere near my roast might be a dauphinois.

I’m doing roast pork, roast potatoes, glazed carrots and some sugarsnap peas. With some sage and apple gravy, obvs. The pork’s testing in salt and sage already, but dinner won’t be until around 7pm.
