Arse End of the Universe, Cumbria

and I have an appointment at 7.45 to have my shellac toes taken off before my operation on Friday...why the heck does one have to have one's toesies naked when one is having an operation? Mine are currently purple and cerise sparkly glittered (don't mention the 'G' word to Viccie boi....)

I was allowed to keep clear shiny polish on cos they can still see if yer toes turn blue
