Ready made Lasagna

I don't make lasagna at home, as it is too much hard work, and I find re-heating a dish with a homemade cheese sauce in a microwave at work is seldom satisfactory, in that the sauce always cracks.

I am tucking into a ready made lasagna from Lidl's, heated in the oven according, and it is lush!

It is probably the only ready made food I would purchase on a regular basis along with oriental starters that one can heat up in the oven.

Just wondering if anyone has come across other ready made lasagnas that are worth to try please.

Thanks in advance.

Try the ones from Lidl's as I believe you may like them.

They do individual portions now.

If you don't mind being a little less traditional in your choice of Lasagne, Chicago Town do a deep dish pepperoni one. It is really yummy, not had it for a few years, because my housemate makes hers using Quark which is apparently healthier . But the Chicago Town one is lush!!!

I prefer Aldi's lasagne. Only ready meal apart from pizza I buy.

I have yet to try Aldi's, and shall make a note of that one too, thanks.

Hope they do single portions, as they are handy for storage.

Lidl's wins over Aldi's every time. The family size refrigerated one from Lidl is a quality dish for the price

There are ready meals and then there are M&S ready meals. Slightly more expensive than other supermarkets but definitely worth it.

The issue I have with M&S food is that I do not believe they are always good value for money and taste.

Yeah, some of it leaves you with a nasty taste in your mouth - in more ways than one - but I'm slowly working my way through their products to work out what's worth it and what's not.

They sell a great rump steak for a fiver too!
