I love my cardigan its the warmest thing I've ever owned and look nice on, and if it doesn't I don't care Because it keeps me super warm lol

See that's why I said in the OP most men because I think as part of a certain look on a man of a certain build they can look OK.

But in most cases, they should be avoided. Buy a jumper instead

Oh and while I'm on a roll, if you are above a size M, them tight fitting merino wool v necks look awful too
