I aim for friendly if I'm interested in seeking a conversation with them. I just don't message if I'm not, and sometimes it'll just drift if one or both lose interest anyways. Being nice just for the sake of it will get you nowhere, because it builds false hope. But no point in being nasty either

In our experience, that is untrue.

For starters, we - and many others - prefer a social first. So if we meet someone who's a bit of a prat, there just wouldn't be a second meet.

Additionally, for lots of people 'attractive' is about much more than what someone's body is like. I'm rarely attracted to someone who is unkind, for example.

Finally, we actually want to enjoy our sexual experiences, find them exciting, fun and generally have a good time. And anyone who thinks all that matters in sex is what the bodies do is just not a good lover.

It's not hard to fake a bit of kindness. You can be an asshole at heart, but if you look good then others will assign positive personality traits to you.

Like, i could fake being kind by agreeing with everything you just said... but I'm ugly looking so what's the point?

The world is full of nice people who delight in telling everyone how nice they are which is more often than not interpreted as not being factual.

Blowing smoke up peoples holes is a USP for many on fab because there is a market for it and some need that validation regardless of what they may claim.

Anyone using looks alone as their USP will have a short shelf life unless they can back that up with a reasonable personality.

We aren't here to be spoken to as people to fuck and we don't fall for hollow niceties.

As our profile clearly says, approach us as equals and be able to hold a non sexual conversation and that will always be more attractive than telling us how nice you are.

That's no different from telling us how long you can go in bed.
