And God Created Cat......

Jump to newest

On the first day of creation God created the cat.

On the second day God created man, purely to serve the cat.

On the third day God created tuna, mice and all the animals of the earth to serve as potential food for the cat.

On the fourth day God created honest toil, so that man could labour, purely for the good of the cat.

On the fifth day god created the ball of yarn, the feather thingy on a stick and the catnip mouse, so that the cat might (or might not) be amused.

On the sixth day God created veterinary science to keep the cat healthy and the man broke.

On the seventh day God went to rest. But the cat woke him up at 4.30 am.

A German Shepherd, Doberman and a cat have died. All three are faced with God, who wants to know what they believe in.

The German shepherd says, “I believe in discipline training and loyalty to my master.”

“Good,” says God. “Then sit down on my right side.

Doberman, what do you believe in?”

The Doberman answers, “I believe in the love, care and protection of my master.”

“Ah, yes,” said God. “You may sit to my left.”

Then he looks at the cat and asks, “And what do you believe in......?”

The cat answers, “I believe you’re sitting in my seat.”

My cat is, very probably, my best friend. I love him

I've had him since he was a kitten and he's never woken me up during the night once. So considerate.
