Doing the dishes, especially if I have a huge amount of them, if I've made dinner for friends or done a huge amount of batch cooking.

I do some deep thinking while scrubbing my pans, I get lost in my thoughts.

I agree , but I think there’s a balance ,,some people are obsessed at the cost of being boring and saying no to socialising or interests/hobbies

I'm a dishes guy, I love to put a playlist on the stereo and have a bit of a kitchen karaoke session while I'm doing them

Folding laundry. I Marie Kondo'd my wardrobe 8 years ago and I still fold everything the way she describes in her book. The rest of my house is verging on chaotic, at best.
