Biggest injustice? Gosh, I don’t feel people in my area truly appreciate just how approachable I am and instead I am forced (yes I am forced, I have no say, don’t tell me I don’t have to look, I have too, okay) read their whinging status messages about terrible encounters.

Ive traced your old account back to pre covid era and files indicate the matter was resolved.

However, the single profile rate rose from 7.1% to 8.2% in March 2019 and as your case overlapped the transition period you are legally owed 0.9% compensation

Minus my legal fees of course
