Next week it is my birthday and Frank and the little peeps have clubbed together to treat me to a private reading. It is something i am curious about but not fully convinced lol Have any of you peeps had a reading? and if you have was it complete rubbish or near the mark?

i do tarot readings and must be honest there times iv done ones that have been a load of crap but iv been honest about it to the people! whats for you wont go past you!! iv had a few done by "reputable" readers and they have been garbage but had some done by others and they have been spot on!! enjoy your wee birthday treat and hope its a good one! xx

I have had a few readings, some have been a joke others have been virtually spot on, it all depends on how much you believe what your told i guess and subsequently how good the reader is.

oh def i feel if im no feeling right then i can never give a good reading i dont take money for mine as its more a gift i inherited than a way to take money!! go with the right frame of mind and know in your mind what questions u have and you should be fine! xx

Billys been to someone for a reading and 3 main things he was told to date 2 have been correct we do not want the 3rd thing to come true honestly!

and yes beforehand he was a non beliver!

well the 1st was a car accident in a 2 tone car which he did not even have at the time of the reading! the 2nd was a one way trip over water he moved from ireland in 1990 an has never been back the 3rd well we pray that one will not happen!

A good tarot Reader will generalise and be able to read you before when your there.. Take off things like your wedding ring then you'll hear things like.. you have had times of great saddness, well ain't we all love...

Say enough crap and yes, its all about you.. believe it or not everyone lives very similar lives.. just like reading the stars.. Save your money have a massage maybe..

Its like when you post a thread on here.. some, not all, will look at it and think... Thats about me.. ff's lol..

Of course its about them pmsl.....

I always thought they were not supposed to tell you bad things! I had mine done many years ago and it was rubbish but if i was recommended someone i would like to try again

Yes but careful... I predict a good time with nice people, beer and wine and nibbles will flow.. you will hear music and... seduction will be used and body tremors could follow..

say nothing except ( yes or no )

u dont tell them a thing they are

I think if you have a reading or something like that, some of the things said will become true simply becaise your on the look out for it and will almost go out your way to make sure it happens

I last went to one about 14 years ago and never bothered since.

i sat there and gave nothing away about myself. she went onto say i had 3 children. i only have one child which i told her. she said the other two where in spirit life. i told her i have only ever been pregnant once in my life. so she went onto say that i would eventually get pregnant again. ooophs wrong again, now a dried up old crone and still only one child. then she went onto say she saw the spirit of my grandmother and named a place in liverpool that she lived.....wrong again. she wrongly assumed as I lived in Liverpool that I was brought up in Liverpool.

So after all that I have never been back again.

I had a conversation with someone last night and we actually spoke about horoscopes. Its a one in 12 chance and if you generalise enough something would apply to most people

Never had my cards read but have seen a 'medium', he kept asking questions.. 'and trying to get responses from me regarding names, places etc etc.. all I kept saying was 'you tell me'. he got rather frazelled and needless to say what he eventually told me was total twaddle. I don't believe in any of it, most of what they tell you can apply to most people of a similar age. Obviously if you are more mature they will know your grandparents have more than likely passed away etc..that you will more than likely have been married, had children etc... Twaddle!

Had a reading done a few years back and it was a little freaky how close she was to past was. Then read a book on how it can be done and it made a little more sense.

P went to see one 3 months ago with her friend and she is a real sceptic and recorded the conversation and when you play it back you could see how she got some information out of her. I was pretty impressed. Some things though there was no way of her telling. Was it a pure guess or something else. Hazarding on guesswork but who knows.
