Who retouches their photos in photoshop or similar? I don't other than my profile pic which I colour graded, toned and desaturated... it's still 100% me though

I adjust colours, contrast and sharpness etc as otherwise they can look a bit dull. I might occasionally blur out my face and small details in the background that give away personal info.

I always get messages saying I photoshop my hourglass shape... but sadly it isn't true. I'm just blessed with a fat ass and small waist.

"I would if I knew how "

That bums too perfect to be unfiltered

We occasionally change the lighting effect with our phones standard type edit but don’t use any app’s. Far too technical

Oh no what you see is what you get, I kinda figure using apps to touch up your pics is cheating

I like to play about with colour, definition and light. Sometimes change the focus and blur the background. I'd never change my shape but I do try to make a plain photo a bit more interesting

Sometimes I do some minor adjusting if the lighting wasn't great. Sometimes I'll make them black and white. Sometimes I blur out identifying features. I don't edit my body or do any airbrushing or that sort of thing though.

I usually have to lift the lighting, as the light isn’t always good, except todays pic which for some reason already looks filtered but isn’t.

I might occasionally use a different filter to get an effect, but it doesn’t change what I look like.

Good question! I’m not entirely sure because the only thing I do is make them b&w

your wildest dreams,

As with most people I’ll play with exposure, lighting etc., cropping, colour and so on. I occasionally erase my HRT patch, sometimes I just can’t be arsed. I can’t think of anyone I know who actually changes how they physically look.

We use black and white filters, blur out some tattoos or faces.

I adjust the lighting & contrast sometimes as it’s usually way off when I upload it privately to check how it looks.

"Yep I always remove my tattoos "

This.

Mostly basic lightroom adjustments for highlights/shadows, but photoshop is essential for hiding ink.

I don't mind playing with lighting etc. but why do so many use Snapchat filters. Dog ears and nose do not make you look cute, grow up.

There. Rant over.

I don't change my shape or anything I don't see the point on doing that.

I do change the lighting and blur the background also at times.

I used FaceApp to have fun with me as a girl recently, and learned 3 things:

1) I'd so fuck Girl Me. Holy fuck!

2) Women must get flooded with fabs, winks, etc, because my profile is single straight male but I was still getting 15-20 fabs, winks etc in the first 5 minutes. Desperate stuff, chaps.

3) Fab deleted them after about 48 hours saying they'd been sltered and they only allowed original, unaltered phitos. Which is fine but,as someone else has said, they do allow things like Snapchat filters, etc.

Colour temperature, brightness, and contrast is about as edited as our pictures get. Obvious blurs and colour splashing aside
