Can't leave the house so ordered some shopping, spent way more than I needed to. The one thing I actually needed was out of stock and they didn't substitute it.

Waiting for utilities, and one of the soft cocks in suits at Swansea city council answering the phone, presumably all working from home, and day time television taking priority, has been my frustration today. However every cloud has a silver lining, with the phones on loudspeak waiting for a human voice gave me the time I needed to get a litigation case together against Swansea bay university health board, so it hasn't been all bad.

I don't work Mondays but Tuesday typically starts with a flood of emails for me to deal with issues that could and should have been dealt with by the sender. My latest tactic is to go straight out on appointments first thing Tuesday so I don't log in and pick them up. By Tuesday afternoon the senders are panicking like fuck because I haven't responded. Little things like that keep me entertained at work..
