"I watched a video about easier ways to deal with them that looked good, firstly, cut off the bottom rather than the top, it makes them much easier to deal with the candles etc. use a hand whisk on the insides to loosen all the stringy bits and make them easier to scoop out and then, after carving put some Vaseline on the cut edges so they don’t dry out as fast and lastly sprinkle some cinnamon or other spices inside onto the top so they smell great when the candle is lit! " I saw this too! I tried her tips this year, but the whisking made it fly out everywhere was still a quicker way though! | |||
