Weekdays I’ll have a shake on way into work

Handful of frozen fruit

Spoon of peanut butter

Scoop of protein and greens

Milk.

That usually does me til second breakfast, five eggs and a bagel

I always have breakfast. Either a salmon and cream cheese bagel, or a sliced banana with peanut butter on a bagel, or a couple of eggs on avocado toast or even something like a protein shake mixed in with Weetabix. I alway need breakfast so I don't feel hungry through the morning

I always have it, if I don't eat at regular intervals my blood sugar goes all wonky.

If I skip a meal I become the living definition of hangry. I will never ever skip a meal, or snack time

Every day. It's usually a bread roll with eggs or cheese and tomatoes if I'm at home. If I'm staying in an hotel it's a whole different story involving several courses and at least an hour

Beyond the shadows.

The odd days I have a cuppa tea and a biscuit but most days I just have a shake or smoothie as it's easier to drink while driving to work

I tend to skip it to be honest, go to the gym without eating first thing. Normally have something around lunchtime. If I'm in a lovely hotel, I'm similar to NiceMods and have a relaxing leisurely breakfast.

Just a mocha for my breakfast, I can't stomach anything within a few hours of waking.

I do intermittent fasting unless I'm away on holiday or taking a day off it, so it's a cup of tea and a plain madeleine or just the tea for me then nothing until a dressed yoghurt or similar at noon.

It works really well for me healthwise. Wish I'd done it sooner tbh
