For me it was no big deal. There are more important things to worry about than a number that has been assigned to you. Getting older, more experienced, more knowledgeable and more mature has a lot of advantages. Luke

"How does it feel turning 30?"

It feels way more significant than it is...don't waste your time over-thinking it.

Turning 30 was the biggest mistake of my life, the night before my birthday and the night leading up to my 31st, was one of the most self inflicted, heavy drinking and all sorts for me, I missed so much that year and regret everything.

So in conclusion ...turning 40 was better lol x

I've heard from multiple people that your 30s is better than your 20s.

Honestly, as a guy I felt a few more things than I thought I would. And looking back, I think I both consciously and subconsiously changed after it. Mostly for the better, though.

Also, mate: 30's are way more fun than 20's. Like, not even close

Moving into a new decade often makes you reassess your life, well it does me anyway. Turning 30 was quite significant for me because I felt that I would be taken more seriously (I wasn't ), I felt more mature within myself and I felt it was time to take life a bit more seriously. Looking back and now that our children are in their thirties I realise how youthful thirty is and the possibilities there are still.

My next milestone birthday is 70. As my dad who is 95 says

"You got to live until you die" and he's right
