Being a swinger is a state of mind. A relaxed & open attitude towards sex. Sharing that with like minded people…

No

If I was going to “sleep around” my choice of partner would actually be slightly different than our swinging choice of partner.

Why should one feel bad about being non-monogamous, if all involved are consenting?

Why would anyone feel bad about either though?

"Is one just an excuse to not feel bad about the other? "

This is the social conditioning of centuries of government, religion and media tell you it is wrong to be sexually free.

Break free, be free. Ignore what you have been told. It has been designed to kept the commoner down. To be 2 point 4, Generate childern. Generate work force. Grow wealth in country for the rich...

Screw the system. Screw each other instead and fucking well enjoy it...

Exactly, and if something makes one feel bad, well, don't do it then. We all make our choices

Between Norwich & Yarmouth

Swinging for me is about connection, chemistry, socialising and being open about sex.

If I was just going to sleep around I would go out and pick the hottest guy I could find each wee and have a quicky behind the pub x

Sleeping around is a negative way to frame things.

There isn't a definite line between sexually liberal lifestyles like swinging or non-monogamy, and socially frowned upon acts like promiscuity and cheating.

A couple could meet someone at a club, get on with them, have sex, and then realise down the line the person was cheating on a partner. Not on the couple at all but the connection between swinging and cheating is there.

Two people, both in loveless marriages could meet at a club and fall into each others arms with a shared sense of freedom. Again, there's the connection between the lifestyle and the bit that's frowned upon.

Promiscuity though - that's nothing to be frowned upon. Some folk have high sex drives or even addiction issues. Better than they're part of supported safe community that you can find on here.

How is this different to sleeping around? Like minded people find like minded people to fuck?

Stigma I guess. But you’re right. No one should feel bad.

Who needs an excuse to enjoy sex? It's a marvellous thing and, shock horror, it's what our bodies are designed to do!
