Are there certain threads that can only be posted by the same person?

I’ve done the hotel one a few times but don’t consider it my own

Are you possessive of your threads and get upset if anyone else posts them ?

Hardly ever use the forums these days as they have become so repetitive! When I do post, it's usually something random away from the same old stuff.

No, but overkill of certain kinds of threads can make it boring. I like to space my threads out between 8 to 16 weeks

Yes. My Friday Flirty Mcflirt thread can only be posted by me. … . … goodness no. It’s a thread topic and anyone can post one.

I know on twitter people become possessive over hashtags. I suppose your suggesting that type of thing, and that’s just childish.

No, I've been very thankful when people have stood in and continued posts that I've started. I tend to disappear so it's nice for them to keep going. Especially on diet ones as some people use it for support and to chart progress.

No I don't think so.

The nocturnal thread is normally done by a group of about 4 different people.

Anyone is welcome to do it I guess it's just the idea behind the thread is is that every single poster is commented on and it's normally quite a lot of work and time consuming,I know this as at least 3 times a week I'm a late night nocturnal thread widow.

You need stick to exactly only one and same one .

Cause if u say red hairs in one , petite ladies in another one , BBw in another one . Average or slims in another one , but brenettes .

Cause u can’t like every kinds of ladies and you a suck up . A charmer . Who would shag anything it moves .

So u can’t be a honest genuine sweetheart and like all of them x u need pick one .

Cause that’s what a real genuine man is like .

Filter filter filter filter .

Putted me right off … I never used filters , was always a roach … ha ha

I stopped wanking with my left hand .

I felt like I’m cheating to my right hand as made me feel like I’m a sex predator .

No . I’m gonna be honest . And brake up .

No x fuck it . I’m gonna have an affair with my left hand . The other will be all right

The site owners set the rules. Technically and legally they own every thread. They can turn the whole thing off with one click.

As long as the forum rules are obeyed then anyone can post what they like even if it's completely off topic.

And the daily nocturnal thread

The Town by The Cross

Thread titles don't belong to anyone officially.

There are recognisable thread titles though and we tend to know who likes to start them.

I view some of them as okay and others as lazy / non creative

To be fair ...... I really do not care one way or the other.

Is derailing a thread against forum rules? If not then it should be allowed. Plus it's subjective as to whether it's an attempt at derailing. Plus, that post can be ignored.

I just went looking for these "rules". And I challenge anyone to find them. So far as I can tell there are no rules listed for the forum. None linked to on the forum itself, either on the mobile or desktop site.

The only mention of the word Forum in the site terms is in section 17.4G that relates to cancelling or ending your membership:

"If we end the contract, we will refund subscription payments relating to the period after termination provided that you send a letter to our registered office (see below) requesting a refund. There will be no refund for the period of any suspension or restriction. The restrictions above include: preventing you from accessing public postings such as *FORUMS*, chat and club reviews and from making public posts."

The only mention in the site FAQ is as follows:

Section: I'm seeing annoying/popup ads on the site.

- "If you're still having problems try posting to the *FORUMS* on here asking for help."

Section: You don't respond to any of our mails.

- "We do this for fun and get hundreds of mails a day so we can't respond personally to questions about the site or your account. We recommend if you have a problem or can't figure out how something works, you post to the site help *FORUM*."

Privacy policy:

Section: To whom do we send or make available your personal information?

Public actions by you for example (but not limited to), entering a chat room, making a *FORUM* post, updating your status, uploading a public photo, broadcasting via cams or participating in a chat may be listed in newsfeeds of other users or shown elsewhere on the site. If you hide your profile from your privacy page, your activities won’t be shown in newsfeeds but may still be visible in the place where you took the action or elsewhere on the site (for example but not limited to, your *FORUM* posts).

The moderators are quick to remind us to stick to the rules. But they don't make it easy to know what they are.

Serious question, where are they?

So it seems they are linked when you post a thread or reply to one: https://m.fabswingers.com/content/forum-rules

And the relevant rule, the only thing that covers it is..

Section: Deliberate or malicious disruption of the forum

If you deliberately or maliciously try to interrupt everyone else's enjoyment of the forums, for example by trying to fill up the forum with your own content (just one example), it's not fair and we'll take action.

Absolutely nothing about contents of keeping on topic or derailing, unless you do it to an extent that it is considered malicious disruption.

I'd add that this, as you might expect, is a really terribly written rule, as I only have to find one person on the whole of FAB (or maybe on the thread) who doesn't;t mind what it's derailed with, and you can no longer say "everyone", ergo you cannot apply the rule. Also, the rule is about trying to - if I succeed....?

... and yes it would be that picky if this was a law, rather than a 'rule'.
