I know there’s not a one stop shop remedy to it, but after losing a really really close family member suddenly within the last week. Just need to know how you guys might have dealt with it and things that helped ease the pain? " Talk and sleep x sleep and talk then talk and sleep some more. So very sorry for your loss. It doesn’t get easier as such but it does change over time. Talking helps because it changes the pain from an emotion to a memory and the mind deals with those differently x When people offer to help, ask them to meet and share happy memories. Crying is part of grief. Sorry for your loss. Xxx | |||
