Never ever turned to food for comfort ..in fact I am the complete opposite, if I am worried or stressed I can't eat.

Comfort drink, well depends on my mood...wine, g&t or a hot choccy.

Hot Ribena at night, Coke during the day.

Alcoholic ones include beer, ginger beer, creamy cocktails.

As for food, anything salty or high in fat and calories.

Depends on why I'm hitting the kitchen but usually coffee with a slug of brandy, nice glass of chardonnay or voddy and pepsi, rice pud (home made, of course), steak, chips with oads of vinegar, choccie biccies or good, expensive chocolate. Not all together of course, but one of the drinks with one of the munchies

I'm not one for chocolate I just tend to find it way too rich, esp stuff like chocolate cake and chocolate pudding, can't stand the thing.
