Porridge. I am on a bit of a diet, and this it's a pretty healthy thing to have.

I never used to even go near the stuff until recently - I was always a Readybrek girl - but then my husband made it for me the proper way. I get bored with the same food very quickly, but I have been having every lunchtime for about 8 weeks, and I am still enjoying it.
