Is it just me! Or do you think that some single guys or even couples profiles are verified by other fake profiles just to stand out as genuine

I’ve noticed a few profiles lately that have two or three verifications that don’t look very believable

As though the fake profiles are saying to each other

you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours! So to speak

If you spot a profile you think is fake or has false verifications report it so that admin can take a look.

OP, felt the same but diffuclty to prove

Best thing is chat, meet in a safe place etc and then take it from there.

We will only meet someone at their place, less to go wrong as they wont get pushy etc.

Some really nice people here as well just need to be careful do your homework and be in control and not get into a meet etc you dont want

I've thought this myself at times, some I think to be true.

I've had a guy verified me when I rejoined as a cam meet, we would just chat on here and nothing else, when I asked why he done that. His response was you'll find it alot easier to get meets now as you're such a nice person

Obviously I reported it to admin amd it was removed.

We saw one profile had two verifications from two people but it was word for word the same verification. If someone's going to have a few fake profiles at least change the wording

There's a single woman profile in my area that is fake and has fake veris ad well.

Keeps disappearing and reappearing. Always looking to "meet" then stands people up on the day.

We have been on here on an off since 2009 an came across many fakes we had one as a single female chattin away wanted a meet she said she wanted the wife to meet her so she'd be comfortable so prior we arranged i went while before stood around noticed it was a guy i went over spoke to him he said dont know what your talking about left in a hurry so named an shamed him on the site weve had alsorts so sad really as it ruins it for the genuine people

I’m beginning to think there’s more fake profiles than real users on this site. Certainly way too many timewasters

There was an Indian girl on here that was definitely fake as I know the girl whose pictures were being used and she’s not even from the UK.

Yes I'm super sceptical about some veris. Especially cam varies.

I can say for sure but there's been a lot of accounts I thought were fake. Can't prove it though.

One 26 year old single Lady who winked us has 16 verifications. Most of them only have one verification, from Her. Maybe she just loves meeting newbies?

I wish they had a better verification process, but I feel like a-lot of fakes get through as it would hurt Fabs numbers if started restricting it. You only need to look at the hot lists, read some varies etc etc but there are 1000’s of fake women and couples. Over the years I have become good at spotting the tell tale signs.

I am not sure what a robust but balanced system would be and would take some discovery to figure it out without hurting us real ones.

So for now, I will dredge through all the 19yo desperate Leeds girls who happen to have photos taken in an American apartment, who have been signed up only for 15 hours but already amassed an impressive verification list from past supposed profiles.

We always follow the verifications and if it looks suspect it probably is.

It’s another useful filter for dishonest people.

I've sadly come to the conclusion that very few people on here are actually who they say they are, women, couples and straight men. Unless they have a number of realistic versus and/or pics showing them with other people I always start any conversation with the premis that they are lying to me in some way. I'll then try to work out which bits are true, which bits are hopeful fantasy and which bits are downright lies. It's a shame because I might have had the wrong impression about some decent people.

I think the ease of rejoining is one of the sites biggest flaws. You can block someone and 5 mins later they are back on again with a virtually identical profile sending you verbal abuse.

When you see 3 or 4 profiles and the only verifications are from each other. We nearly always look at who has verified the people we are contemplating meeting, to see if they have other verifications. It’s not an exact science but has served us well.

As has been said, fakes are fairly easy to spot, if you’ve been on here a while you see the tell-tale signs.

Follow the verification trails, check that the others aren't likely fake too. Use reverse image searches as well which can be helpful.

Annoying when you do report a profile using stills and clips from porn though and they're still up weeks later

Yep. We actually got threatened by the admin that if we kept reporting people we’d get booted. Even after sending links to the sites where pics were taken from

We have all new people blocked for precisely this reason.

By the time they’re not “new” anymore they’ll have cooled off and moved to the next victim.

Mind of a goldfish and all that.

There's one guy on here who has had a few profiles and claims to organise gangbangs etc. Loads of veris. He pressured me to verify him without meeting so I reported him - I asked some of the people who verified him and they said that he'd pestered them to leave him a fake verification too.

To be honest if a profile looks fake and they contact us we just ignore.

The fact is there are 100s of one line no photo unverified profiles on here we treat them as fake.
