"yes when your head full of shit what do you guys do" First thing is that you recognise that you have an issue. Second is making a decision to allow it to control you or you take control. Sometimes that is easy and sometimes it's not easy. I find that I am more vulnerable when tired so that's the first thing I action, I recognise I'm tired so ignore all of the emotional noise and get a good sleep. That usually sorts it. However if its something bigger and still bothers me then the very best thing is to talk to someone about it. The person you have the issue with (work or personal) or a trusted friend or 2. Failing that a support group or medical help. I hope this had helped. Don't forget Everything is only temporary. All things change with time | |||
