Hard habit to completely break" Often these things are quite deep rooted and need some professional support to help you to understand what you are feeling and why and maybe give you some strategies to help you feel more comfortable in your own skin. Maybe a chat with your GP might be worthwhile. X | |||

Same body, nothings change bar my mind set" Yes, had this for many years i think. Some days im ok and it doesn't bother me, others i think the worst. Not as bad as i used to be but still creeps in. | |||

Same body, nothings change bar my mind set" Yep I (mr) get this a lot. Some days lifting goes really well, get home and catch a glimpse of myself in the mirror and I really don’t like what I see. Next day I can walk past the same mirror and think I look pretty lean. I generally use three things to gauge my body now. Mirror, scales and weights on lifts. As long as two out of the three are improving then I’m doing something right | |||
