I find it much easier to love.

I casually throw the word hate around day to day but I truly only hate one person.

Much easier to love. To hate someone I imagine could be a self destructive emotion. Why waste time on negative emotions.

You know what, I actually do hate a lot of people. But when it comes to real life, only one. But I'm much more of a love kind of person. I always try to focus on the positives.

Love is easier to do, you can't control it. It's natural and just happens. But it is a hell of a roller-coaster and can make things extremely difficult at times.

Hate, you as good as choose to feel that way. But once you do, it's effortless. Your mind set molds around it.

Keep in mind love and hate are not opposites.

Love is easier, I find these days I am indifferent to people I don't get on with. Hate is a waste of energy x

If you consider them as opposites then why would you put that much of yourself into hating someone?

Doesn't seem worth it.

It’s so much easier to love or at least give the benefit of. Love may mean folk get along or at least try. Hate though conjures images of conflict, ongoing grief and obviously worse to come. Polar opposites and I’m sure i know which is preferable.

In today’s climate, I very much wish others did

Hate is generally a lack of being able let go of negative emotions.

Hate is very unique in that's its not just an emotion, it's an attitude too. As I said a mind set. Love can end, but we have very little control over it. It's usually (in a way) forced upon us to stop loving and it's replaced with other emotions.

Hate on the other hand goes away when we accept or forgive, things we ultimately choose to do.

I love easily and for a long time.

I hate fleetingly.

Which is probably just as well because if I took the time to put my mind to it…

I don't hate people. I try to understand the reason behind their behaviour. I don't really love either. I am strange.

.

I think I love easily in a platonic sense but if we're going for that big, sweeping idealised love that would be the opposite of such a strong response as hate... well I find that almost as difficult as hating. I can't hate. I find it uncomfortable. A waste of energy, of headspace. Love is.. well gosh.

So generally avoid both and talk myself out of such daft feelings; I can dislike behaviour, love someone's traits but hate and love when you're putting them as opposing factions like that? I can't say I find it easier to do either.

Hate is a very strong word although I do hate my ex. More often, I dislike but I'm more for love than anything else. It's not healthy feeling any kind of animosity towards anyone x
