I've eaten too much junk.

I've been putting off doing important stuff because I've not wanted to.

I'm a total mess. My nail varnish is chipped, my legs need epilation and my hair needs washing.

My sleep pattern has been dreadful. I've slept during part of the day every day for the past week.

I've bought more boots and shoes.

Um... there's probably more.

After nearly a week of shitty man flu and living on soup I thought i'd have a really nice proper meal tonight.

Then thought sod it - and have just finishing wolfing down two large big mac meals!
