Vegan zombies

If we all went vegan then the zombie apocalypse happened would the survivors have anything to fear if the undead only ate the brains of carrots etc?

I am not sure if food preferences prior to becoming a zombie dictates what that zombie wants to eat.

I guess it is like saying that if a person loved Italian food they would mainly target Italians when they became a zombie.

As a vegan I can confirm that I am made of meat and therefore remain delicious to meat eaters.

If we all go vegan , on our uprising we would probably go for :-

protein shakes or the corn, beans, peas, and watermelons left in church by the Cochito Pueblo people for the undead on all saints eve.......
