Apart from the obvious, kids, I didn't really get rid of anything specifically because he bought it. I kept all our photos and my jewellery to be passed to our children. I don't want to destroy those memories for them and they aren't bad memories so I don't want to get rid of them. We may not be in love anymore but we loved eachother once and we were happy for a long time.

A view that polyamory can work, had to go through a traumatic experience of being one of two men as her ex came back into her life… nearly broke me, but something changed in my mind that led me to believe that open relationships can work… would love to be apart of one sometime

My kids and a good overall experience of married life even though we separated in the end.

Most relationships have a shelf life - we recognised ours was done after 20 years but value what we did have.

Trust..... in so much that I trust anyone who wants to get in my knickers or into a relationship with me is a liar or a cheat. I may never have sex or a relationship again, but I ain't getting mugged of again either.
