It's October nearly November, this is the UK not some exotic country.

But I'm getting but by mosquitoes at night zzzzzzing around the bedroom and biting me and jools in our sleep.

Dangerous buggers.

What's going on here guy's?

I'm immune to mosquitoes now. Being a backpacker and walking all day sweating and then get into a forest etc and setting up tent I used to have loads on me. On my legs, arms, back, head... everywhere. I must have got bitten 100s of times a day! I don't even feel it now, no lumps, no itching. It's great but hard work to get immune!

Mosquitos? Don't move to Scotland, the midges will strip your carcass to the bone.

When I was in Spain with an ex g/f a few years back, she got bitten numerous times whereas I escaped unscathed. I told her they only went for bad meat.

The Town by The Cross

There is a source of stagnating water near your house somewhere.

It may be just an empty plant pot that fills with the rain or it may be rotting leaves on unturned soil or an unchecked grid ......

Trust me. Remove the stagnant water source and they will fook off.
