So I have an amasing feather pillow that is squishy but I've had it for 19 years and it's totally minging however I cannot bring myself to part with it. Do you have something that has seen much better days but has become your comfort thing that you can't part with?

I have a shirt I bought on holiday in 1991.... Hideously old fashioned but I love it and won't part with it. Also have a pair of jeans from 1998 that I still occasionally wear, although the knees are so thin I reckon they're more akin to toilet paper...

It's funny how we get attached to things.

I lost them for a year once, they turned up on my friends canal boat that had sank after we'd last been on it. Had to put them in every wash cycle for a month to get rid of the smell - probably one reason I've worn them so thin...

Harringay

I did have but most of my stuff got destroyed in a fire. Had a pair of longjohns I used to wear every winter and refused to get rid of. When they got destroyed was seen as a god send

Covent Garden

My old, weathered and dependable leather belt which I wear with my smart jeans or chinos.

I've had it for so long that I cannot remember where I bought it from. I won't part with it.

Alluringly mysterious

I have a wafer thin grey marl T shirt from the 90’s which is obscenely transparent now but the only thing I want to wear in bed, if anything. I’ll be devastated when it succumbs.
