I do feel sorry for the genuine masseurs who are actually qualified but I wouldn’t use that angle on FAB as it raises a red flag, as a way to just get you naked.

I love massages done properly. More important that someone is trained now as I'm older with a dodgy knee, dodgy back, dodgy feet and a recurring gluteus muscle knot. One wrong move and I'm in agony for months and need to see the physio.

I saw a physio for a problem I had in my calf. He massaged me, found the problem and taught/shown me how to massage myself the same way with a tennis ball and cricket ball. (Rolling around on it). It got rid of an issue I had for over a year. Best thing I did.

Last week I had 8 or 9 hours to spare on a transfer in Bangkok.
