Do you think many people put other people down after they have done something positive so the abuser feels better about themselves, And do you think it's getting worse?

(more people having negative thoughts and actions)

Not all that North of North London

I think people undoubtedly criticise other's positive actions for no real reason.

Not sure what that has to do with mental health though?

Yes, usually weak feeble individuals who try and use it to elevate themselves further. Don't let it put you in a dark place though, just turn a light on

Self preservation.. I do everything I can to keep my mental health up from colouring my hair to make me smile and doing things within myself to make me happy down to how I react with people and situations. If I think it’s going to cause me to have anxiety I will say no thank you before it gets that far. I literally tell people I’m my own unfiltered somewhat immature sarcastic humorous self so people don’t give me responsibility that I’d stress over .

People want to be mean about it put it down … crack on . I’m like you do you boo I’m doing whatever it takes to get me through the day smiling
