I would guess as long as the cod is properly cooked, no.

I wouldn't swear to that though. I can't eat cod so cod worms don't affect me.

I expect a lot of our food has bacteria or parasites in that we don't know about but which are killed by proper handling and cooking.

I didn't know prawns have worms too. I can eat prawns (though only if they've been shelled. Their eyes freak me out otherwise). My initial reaction was yuk, but then sense kicked in and I realised other food I eat without thought can also carry worms.

I'll need to do some reading up but since eating prawns has never killed me before, I'll probably be ok to carry on.

hahaha there is a bloke at work who hates glitter, he wont touch it, cant look at it etc.

i have threatened to make cakes with edible glitter in them and not tell him until he has eaten them
