If a film

South Cheshire

If a film was going to be made about your life who would you want to play you?

Not that a film about my life would be particularly exciting, but I'd like Tim Roth to play me.

Somewhere In The Ether…

I don’t think my life is interesting enough to merit a film but if it were to be made into one, I’d have to procure the one and only, Mr Nicolas Cage to play me whereupon I would insist that he once again utter the immortal line: ‘No…not the bees!’ in a completely random scene and for no apparent reason whatsoever

Carey Mulligan but you'd need to chuck a few wagon wheels in her direction I think

Mine would be like Into the Wild on acid. I'd like Kevin Hart to play me. I'd choose a white actor but it's 2022

Someone told me years ago that I looked like a young Janes Spader, so maybe him? But, bless him, and love him though I do, I hope I'm not too much like old James Spader.

Maldon and Peterborough

The only person to star as me should be Ryan Reynolds.

He may need to eat lasagne and pizza for 3 months first.

Titz Towers, North Notts

I'd like Leanne Crow to play me, simply so I get to meet her

In my head I would like some stunner like Mila Kunis, but in reality it would likely be Brenda Blethyn as Vera

I would genuinely rather go for dinner with Brenda Blethyn than Mila Kunis. I bet she'd be brilliant fun.

Actually me too. I would just prefer to look like the first rather than the second, but hey! She solves a good murder case so I’m all good with that

At times I have delusions that it should be George Clooney, but in reality probably some actor nobody has ever heard of, or Mr Blobby

Good shout, enjoyed everything I've seen him in. Especially Boiling Point about the restaurant.

Child me would be any shy slim girl with long golden hair and blue eyes.

Adult me would start with Cate Blanchett and finish with Kathy Bates, with a London accent.

Or probably Kathy Burke if she toned her accent down a bit.
