Had an absolute c*nt of a day.

Need some light.

Tell me, what is it you're gratefully for? What little wins make you smile? What put a spring in your step today?

The slug I stood on barefoot in the dark put a spring in my step. Well, I say spring…..I jumped about 2 feet in the air.

Sorry to read that, Op.

One of my customers has a cat who is afraid of everyone apart from me. I was there today, trying to work, and he kept trying to climb up my legs to force me to hold and cuddle him. I wasn't very productive....

Sorry to hear you've had a rubbish day! I hope tomorrow is better.

I'm not sure what to say to help. Nice cock. Nice face. Nice pictures.

What put a spring in my step today? I would say going to the shop on the way home and buying some milkybar buttons. I'd give you one if I could.

I’m grateful for many things..and try and reflect on positives at the end of the day especially if it’s been a rubbish day..

Today it will be:

My youngest has a wicked sense of humour & sarcasm & made me proper belly laugh earlier

I got puppy snuggles with my Grand-dog

I got through Monday and now it’s only 4 sleeps until I go on holiday.

I’m grateful for all the things, big and small, that make my day. I think I’m a very lucky lady. I’m especially grateful today for my colleagues who made me laugh until I cried.

I’m sorry you’ve had a bad day x

"Had an absolute c*nt of a day.

This is why I no longer work Mondays.

In the last 24 hours I am grateful for:

1. my first time at Rio's nudist spa. Loved it

2. slept like a log

3. Saw my trainer so my body doesn't give out.

4. social Meets organised this week.

5. dinner- pasta, mussels, mushrooms with Chilean seasoning and preserved lemons.

6. a chocolate treat, hot chocolate and about to watch House of the dragon and rings of Power.

7. The fact that I don't feel fatigued after all of that!

Bliss. Most Mondays I just sleep in, watch tv and go to the pharmacy and do some high street errands. I usually work Sunday nights and suffer with fatigue.

Chin up, OP. Hope short lived and nothing too serious.

I played football tonight and felt like I played well for the first time in weeks, so that cheered me up. Oh, and I had a milky bar too!

Not just today but everyday my health both in mind and body , never ever take it for granted , whatever the day brings it is way easier to deal with things in full health...maybe only stating the obvious but it's important to remember.

Sorry to read you've had a bad day. Tomorrow will be better.

I went for a PT session today, only just started back at doing exercise after nearly a year away from it. I could tell too as I was doing weighted squats and I fell over backwards, too low in my squat and too chunky and unfit that I lost my balance
