Dubai & Nottingham

I don’t think either are good for increasing flexibility, mine is bad though especially glutes and lower back…. I have to go for a walk or jog then do stretching after. Or a sports massage

I can just about touch my toes, and only have to crack 4 separate joints to do so.

Then have a lie down.

So, like, mega ace already mate. No need.

Yoga.

But only because Pontius Pilates (sic) was the doom of Jesus. †

Yoga here. Especially as a cooldown on leg day.

I’ve noticed how it’s reduced the leg cramps during certain position.

Pilates to actually feel like a workout.

Yoga to calm my anxious ass down.
