If you’re talking about an actual post I could hazard a guess. Either the guy is genuinely attracted to his wf/gf and he just feels sec with her is too traditional/restrictive as opposed to the allegedly kinkier sex he can have with other men or the guy belongs to an older generation whereby marriage to a woman was more out of social norms rather than genuine feelings/attraction and he’s actually more gay…just my guess though.

It's not that i prefer sex with men but there are things I enjoy e.g. anal, that my wife has never been interested in so I look elsewhere & in my experience it's much easier to arrange no strings sex with men than it is with women.
