Please help me out guys.

Over the passed year or so I find it harder to cum.

I would call it that horny feeling that makes me.

Don't get me wrong, I enjoy fucking but never get that feeling anymore.

Yes, i'm on citalopram

Yes, I drink alot, but

I'm fed up with the situation.

The wife understands it all and tries to help. Any advice would be welcomed

The main thing is not to make cumming the main focus of sex. If you still get enjoyment and pleasure from it then focus on that. By putting extra pressure on yourself will make it worse. Hope that helps a bit.

My advice, but I kinda think you know this already as you mentioned it, would be to cut back drinking.

The alcohol (a depressant) might counteract any affects of the citalopram.

This is a side affect of citalopram. Talk to your GPS about changing to a different antidepressants. You've already stated you're drinking more and as you know this will make you feel worse. Heavy drinking and antidepressants don't mix well.

Several antidepressants can cause this. Only advice I can give is to speak to your doctor about it.
