I know this was in the 1990's but just watched the documentary on Tomoaki Hamatsu or Nasubi as he was named for the gameshow/livestream anyone seen anything on this and what's all your opinion on his torture and how did Japan allow this barbaric show to go ahead

I saw a YouTube video on this a while ago, I think it was lazy masquerade.

He’s suffering with some pretty intense trauma related issues as a result. Just awful.

But then, our reality ‘stars’ are unliving themselves every year from a certain tv programme. Don’t try and tell me that we aren’t just as bad as Japanese audiences in the west

Craziness the mental health he had to endure for entertainment and I can't lie I don't actually watch reality shows but I do think this tops ours in terms of what he had to suffer and the fact he had go a few weeks with no food till he first won any from sweepstakes he had to enter and not to mention 15 months of isolation I'm sure most our reality shows you get company misery loves company and all that. Genuinely but story just seemed unreal having said that I'm pretty sure he was allowed to leave if he wished to but he was desperate to be a celebrity and have fame as promised so he did continue suffer to attempt to achieve this goal

Two people got executed publicly and shared on the internet ..one was Gaddafi.. disgusting. Murdered in the street.. all he did was protect his country which is what your all hailing the Ukrainian president for doing now .. if you know you know ..

Reality tv did get worse and worse testing what viewers would watch in the late 90’s/2000s…now it’s just sh*t.

That’s it. I remember a guy got eliminated for a micro sleep. You saw him nod off.

I remember the tests - counting backwards / alphabet but just every other letter etc to see how they were fairing which was interesting to see how lack of sleep effects us.
