Trench coats

So I’ve been looking the best part of a week for a new trench coat and I’ve been coming up empty so far. Apparently finding a good gothic trench coat with a hood is next to impossible right now and the only ones I can seem to find are really thin costume types.

Does anyone know of any good websites for a good goth jacket?

I had a lovely one with a hood years ago from a shop called SoHo’s but it seems they don’t do that kind of clothing any more

It’s really hard to find one that’s made well, I have an old full length trench but it barely makes it to my knees now

Look on EMP, specifically their Gothicana range.

Titz Towers, North Notts

One of my mates had a trench coat. I think he thought that he looked like he was in Bladerunner, but instead he looked like someone who hung around a park.

I blame Kiefer Sutherland. The Lost Boys turned 35 this year, and it's still one of the biggest adverts for trenchcoats in the Goth scene, pushing up the price and making them more scarce in the process.

I’d agree with that but the majority of trench coats don’t even look Goth anymore, I was disappointed at the amount that had no chains or random straps attached for no reason
